Our Standard Delivery methods are via United States Postal Service and UPS Ground . For most in-stock items delivered via Standard Delivery within the continental United States you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days of placing your order, depending on your delivery area. 

Orders shipped outside the continental United States (Alaska , Hawaii and Puerto Rico) may take up to 60 days to be received via Standard Delivery and may incur additional costs. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.  Include your daytime phone number and a street address when ordering. If we need to ship your order in parts, delivery will be charged on a pro-rated basis.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O.Box.

Rush Delivery

 If you would like to receive your order more quickly, rush options (available within the continental U.S. only) are offered. Please call us at 305.722.2022 between 10 AM and 5 PM EST to arrange.  

Delivery Of Furniture And Other Large Items

Some furniture and other large items require special handling and care due to their size and weight. Therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge applied at checkout.  In most cases, the surcharge is denoted in the item's description. 

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Special Order items such as furniture and strollers are non-refundable, nor exchangeable. The following manufacturers are included under this category: Monte, Phil & Teds, Orbit Baby, Pkolino, Offi.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
